Wind River High Route Shuttles

Every few days from July 13 thru Sept 10, 2026

Pickup at 8am at Trail Lake TH and shuttle to Bruce’s Bridge. Approx 2hr ride for a hiking start time of 10am

The Wind River High Route was put together by Andrew Skurka and is an incredibly remote and beautiful route through the very high country of the Wind River Range.

As avid backpackers and lovers of the Wind River Range, ourselves, we are happy to help ease the burden of travel logistics and make this route more accessible for the adventurers coming to hike this stunning route.

Cancellation Policy

We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 2 weeks before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee. 100% refund for cancellations prior to 14 days before the trip, 50% refund for cancellations 8-14 days before the trip, no refund for cancellations within a week of the trip.

FAQs

  • Yes! The vast majority of people hike the WRHR northbound and it’s advisable to have your car waiting for you at the end; however, if you’re wanting a southbound hike, shoot us an email and we can schedule it for you.

  • Both Trail Lake and Bruce’s are small parking areas and wide-open. If you’re on time, you won’t miss us.

  • We are sorry but we do not offer car shuttles.

  • Sorry, but we do not shuttle to trailheads on the west side of the Continental Divide. We do not have permits to drive to those trailheads and it’s an extremely long trip. We can pickup or dropoff in the town of Pinedale if our schedule allows. There is a shuttle service in Pinedale called GOTCO that regularly services the west side trailheads.
